Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Science Based Nutrtition.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day)

In accordance with Bulgarian law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your products without giving any reason.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that for food supplements, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Sealed Goods: Products that are unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene. If the safety seal on the bottle or package is broken, we cannot accept the return.

  • Perishable Goods: Products with a very short shelf life or those that deteriorate rapidly.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unopened and with the original safety seal intact.

  • In its original packaging.

4. Return Process

  • Return Shipping: Unless the product is faulty or wrongly delivered, you will be responsible for paying the direct costs of returning the goods.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your receipt or order number.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed via the original method of payment within 14 days.

  • Shipping Costs: We will refund the full cost of the product plus the standard delivery fee (if paid). If you chose a premium delivery method, only the standard rate will be refunded.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, expired, or doesn't match the description, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or a replacement.
